Residential Window Cleaning in North London

We charge around £3 per exterior window on a regular round. As a guide: smaller flats are usually £30–35, most 2–4 bed houses are £40–65, and larger period or very tall houses are typically £70+. Minimum charge £25 per visit. We'll confirm your exact price before we start.

We pump purified water through a telescopic carbon fibre pole fitted with a soft brush. The pure water dissolves dirt and rinses the glass without chemicals or squeegees. Because there are no minerals in the water, it dries completely streak-free. No ladders needed for most properties.

Most of our customers go for every 4–8 weeks, which keeps windows consistently clean. We're flexible — you choose the schedule that suits you.

Not usually. As long as we can access your windows from outside, we can clean while you're out. We'll text you the day before so you know we're coming, and leave a card to let you know we've been.

Fully. We carry £2M public liability insurance. We're happy to provide proof if you'd like it — just ask.

Rain is actually just pure water, so it won't leave marks on freshly cleaned glass. What makes windows look dirty is the dust, pollen and pollution that sticks to them — which we've removed. Your windows will stay clean.

Bank transfer, card payment, and cash. Most of our regular customers pay by bank transfer — we send a text after each clean with our details. Simple.
